This is a test
Plain, Simple Frickin’ English
So my wife and I are doing the whole Weight Watcher’s diet thing. Been okay so far. I get 40 points a day, the wife gets 21. Apparently men lose weight faster than women, which I was unaware of. But we’ve started it; this is day one. La dia prima.

Inconsiderations
Lately, I don’t sleep in. My job requires me to get up around 6:15 and to be at work by 8:00am. I’m okay with this. I usually get Friday & Saturday off (that’s a bit different this week) and I sleep in until about 8:00am. This morning I almost made it to 9:00am!

The End of a 12 Year Old Bet
When I flew into KC on Thursday I wasn’t sure if I was ready to come home. The last time I was within the city limits of Kirksville, MO, I had my new wife in tow and we had one of our three wedding receptions. We only stayed in town for three days before we drove up to MN and flew back to Denver.
